Figures are a combination of parts from various manufacturers with some scratch building.
The Streetlight is scratch built as are the trash bags and boxes strewn around the scene. Basically this is IRAQ 2007, probably Balad. The character directing traffic is Regular Iraqi Army. The fellow with the blue T-shirt is an Iraqi interpreter attached to the US Army. The groundwork is plaster cloth covered blue foam insulation. Dirt is from the backyard. (the traffic cone is scratch built. The vehicle is extensively weathered, inside and out. The Duska’s pedestal was scratch built and rusted as is a good deal of the truck’s bed and undercarriage.
